DAYTONA BEACH, FL (Monday, May 16, 2011) - Officials with the ASA British Columbia Late Model Tour presented by Advance Testing are proud to welcome a large group of contingency sponsors for their 2011 season. The inaugural season will open on Saturday, June 4 at the Motoplex Speedway in Vernon, BC.

"We are getting ready with our first event in a few weeks," Rob Angus, ASA British Columbia Late Model Tour Series Director said. "There is a lot of interest and excitement building up to that event. What is awesome is the number of businesses in British Columbia that have come on board to participate as a contingency sponsor this season. Many are local businesses who support auto racing and we are pleased to welcome them as part of our 2011 season."

Angus said that each sponsor is contributing in their own unique way. Some are providing products while some are providing cash to the competitors.
