Form a team by grabbing one or two of your friends, family or co-workers and then come up with a winning strategy. Don’t play well with others? Go it alone as an Ironman and get a special discount on your registration rate.
Wednesday Warrior Enduros consist of a practice session followed by one 30-minute segment and one hour-long segment. The team and Ironman completing the most laps over 90 minutes will hoist winner’s trophies at the top of the PGP podium.
Driver check-in closes at 6 p.m., followed by a driver meeting at 6:10 p.m. and racing from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Kart assignments will be made based on a random draw, with new karts assigned after each segment. The field will be inverted based on a random draw.
Pre-registration is a must because events are limited to the first 20 teams or individuals running in the Ironman class. Registration forms can be found at www.pacificgp.com under the “Racing@PGP>Rental Kart League>Forms/Info/Rules tab.” Teams can consist of one, two or three drivers ( minimum age 15) with cost based on number of drivers:
• Three-person team driver: $50 member, $60 non-member
• Two-person team driver: $75 member, $85 non-member
• One-person IronMan/Woman: $125 member, $135 non-member
Rental kart events are rain or shine and are open to the public with no prior racing experience or competition license required. You show up ready to experience the thrill of racing and PGP provides the rest — the kart, fuel, tires, helmet and a state-of the art venue.
