Whether you’re a local short track champion looking for an opportunity to advance your career or racing sprint cars or legends and want to learn how to get the most out of your ability, Richard Petty’s Driver Search may be just what you’re looking for.

Unlike any program available today, Richard Petty’s Driver Search is a real training camp and competition for racers and will be limited to 12 participants. Focusing on the complete skill set that defines today’s successful driver, participants in this 4-day training camp will demonstrate their abilities and learn from experts, such as Marcos Ambrose and Randy LaJoie, in the areas of Car Control, Endurance, Track Management, Adaptability, Race Practices, Passing Exercises, Car Knowledge and Feel, Mechanical Knowledge, Speed, Communication and Marketability.

The winner of the overall competition will be awarded a fully supported opportunity to qualify for, and compete in, the ARCA Racing Series event at Pocono Raceway on June 5, 2010 under the watchful eye of the “The King”, himself (ARCA opportunity provided by Petty Holdings and Richard Petty Driving Experience) as well as a Simpson Performance Product Prize Package.
